MSC Meraviglia Cabin FAQ

Bella is an MSC Experience type and not an actual physical cabin. They are a Guaranteed grade, i.e. Bella Balcony means the MSC computer will automatically assign you any of the Fantastica balconies across the entire ship.

Great question! There isn’t a Deck 17, as seventeen in Italian culture is considered unlucky!

If you view 17 as a Roman numeral (XVII), it is changed anagrammatically to VIXI, which in Latin translates to “I have lived” or “My life is over”. So you won’t find a Deck 17 on any MSC cruise ship!

There are a total of 2,214 cabins on the ship.

Twenty-two different types and three ‘Bella’ types which cover Interior, Ocean View and Balcony

There are no cabins that can sleep more than four people on MSC Meraviglia!

There are a total of fifty-five Accessible cabins on the ship. They are priced the same as other cabins in the same grades.

There are 103 Suites, including 15 YC Interior suites and one YC Deluxe Accessible suite.

You can track the ship in real time on our dedicated MSC Meraviglia tracking page.
