Absolutely! As soon as you have booked with us, you will get a Booking Confirmation email and receipts to your email instantly.

After your booking, any changes or updates will need to be made via us (as is the same for all travel agents selling cruises) – thankfully, we’ve the Simply MyAccount – a dashboard you can log in to and check the details of your cruise and make any payments towards it 24/7. You can also contact us for bespoke support that way – such as adding a passenger, upgrading your cabin, moving your cruise and more!

If you just want to add extra things to your cruise (such as spa treatments, Internet, excursions, etc) – you can log in to the MSC website or MSC App as soon as you have booked with us!

Unfortunately not. Whilst we can access those cruise lines to book them – we are 100% focused on MSC Cruises and by doing so, can guarantee a higher level of knowledge and service than others and one that is always up to date.

Make sure you enter any MSC Voyager details if you have some and it will automatically calculate the best discounts available for you.

You can choose from numerous fares and cabin grade – then select your actual cabin from our interactive deck plan.

Finally, you can make a deposit or pay the full amount for the cruise and it will confirm the booking instantly for you! 

Generally, your eTickets are available 21-30 days before sailing (or sooner if you pick an MSC Experience that allows you to pick your own cabin number)

As long as you have filled out all the necessary passport details and MSC have assigned you a cabin (for Bella bookings) – then your eTickets will be sent to your email address directly from MSC in 21 days or less from your sailing.
